ORDER FORM

As of July 2010, orders are being accepted for all listed breeds.

Eggs and babies for the following breeds are now on a Pre-order basis only until Fall 2010-Indian Runner Ducks, Bourbon Red Heritage Turkeys, Light Sussex and Bantam Lavender Ameraucanas.

Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received and in the most timely manner possible. If for any reason we cannot fill your order completely or in a timely manner, we will offer you the option to ship at a later time, change the order to meet your approval or provide you with a complete refund.

When ordering, please decide how many of each variety of day old babies or hatching eggs you would like to have. You may order each type and amount and they will be placed into your Paypal "Shopping Cart".

After you have finished your order and selected your shipping option(s), you will be rerouted to Paypal for "checkout" and to complete your transaction. If you do not wish to purchase through Paypal, please give us a call at 479-466-6881 to arrange payment by money order or check.

Purchasing and shipping for DAY OLD POULTRY

ALL chicks are sold as "straight run" (unsexed), you get what hatches at that time.

Most chicks are hatched to order, so please order at least 4-6 weeks prior to your desired shipping time. ALL chicks are sold as "straight run" (unsexed), you get what hatches at that time. Since our girls don't check the calendar, we cannot guarantee shipping dates, but will let you know several days before your order is shipped. We will also contact you on the date of shipment with your tracking information.

Unless you plan on picking your babies up in Fayetteville, AR (72701), you will need to select one of the following shipping options in our order section. DAY OLD CHICK SHIPPING

Purchasing and shipping for HATCHING EGGS

Hatching eggs are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Eggs are individually wrapped (except for quail eggs) in new bubble wrap bags and are nestled securely in shredded, recycled paper. Hatching eggs are not insured unless specifically requested. If you wish to pick your eggs up at your Post Office, you MUST provide a morning phone number with your order.

After you decide which eggs you would like to order, please select the appropriate shipping option in our order section. Orders larger than the "Large egg shipment" option will require additional shipping fees and should be ordered accordingly. Shipping options for hatching eggs are as follows.

  • "Small egg shipment"-$12.00
    • 12 or less chicken, duck or turkey eggs or 3 dozen or less quail eggs.

  • "Large egg shipment"-$16.00
    • 13 to 24 chicken, duck or turkey eggs or 4-6 dozen quail eggs.
Please be aware that shipping hatching eggs can be risky and can significantly lower hatch rates. Once our eggs leave our care, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for hatch rates and the number of eggs that hatch successfully. A very good hatch rate for shipped eggs is 50%. We cannot control your incubation methods or equipment. Everyone who hatches eggs will tell you that hatching is a learning experience and even the most experienced hatch-o-holic will have great and very disappointing hatches.

We do NOT guarantee hatch rates under any circumstances. If you suffer breakage during shipment above the rate of extra eggs included, please let us know and we will send replacement eggs or refund the money for the damaged eggs. Identifiable photos will be required.

Once you receive your eggs, PLEASE allow them to sit IN THE SHIPPING BOX for 12-24 hours in a still, cool (not cold) place before placing them in your temperature and humidity stable incubator or under your broody hen. Shipping is a bouncy ride and eggs need to resettle to be healthy for incubating. If you MUST open the box (it's like Christmas morning, I know) please carefully remove them from the packaging and place them narrow end down in a carton or turner in a quiet place to settle for 12-24 hours.
